Secularization of Businesses and Corporations of Sri Lanka

1.  Private sector businesses and large publicly traded corporations can take a large role in secularization.  Business leaders shall provide and cultivate a strictly secular work environment and promote such practices in the society.  These are important initiatives business leaders shall make considering the expansion of corporate activities to rural areas and most companies are adopting business practices or a globalized business community.  Globalization is leading to secularization of business practices and Sri Lanka's secularists should leverage on these dynamics of the society.  With the private sector employers becoming larger, and public sector becoming smaller in size,  secularization of business environment can open up more discussion space for political secularization.
