Teaching Secular Government and Secular Ethics in Secondary Education Schools

1. Private schools can include secularism, secular values, in their curriculum
2.  Essay contests, and private universities and institutes can demand secular curriculum from the schools.  If private universities demand a specific curriculum requirement for admission needs the secondary schools will have to teach them or the students will have to comply those requirements.  In many countries private universities demand certain admission prerequisites that the prospective student need to fulfill before entering higher education.  If the student has not done this fulfillment then they have to take courses at pre-college level to assure matriculation.
3. A good strategy would be to demand private higher education institutes to include a curriculum addressing Secular Government and Secular Ethics outside of government run bureaucracy of state higher education institutios.
4. Secondary school education is very important and with the growth in private sector secondary schools this is important to consider.
